Lounge

Nanaka walks in with her book, and sits in a chair alone near the window. She opens her book and begins to read. She ignores everyone around her, lost in her own little world.

Hikyuu walked down from her room. She had a white cap on her head. She glanced around and spotted the girl and, smiling, walked up to her.

Nanaka was still in her book, not noticing anything. She flipped a page.

Syora walked in also holding her notebook in one hand and holding her teddy bear in the other.

Hikyuu continued to smile as she gently tapped the page the girl was on. "Yello!"

Nanaka glanced up, with a blank expression. She nodded, which meant "Hello". She looked back to her book.

Syora bowed to the new girl and then stayed silent.

Hikyuu said, "What'cha readin'?"

Nanaka glanced at Hikyuu with a blank expression. She marked her page, and closed her book so that the title was showing. "Eyes Like Stars." it said on the cover.

Hikyuu nodded. "Oh. Is it a good read?"

Nanaka shrugged, and crossed her legs. She still had a blank expression.

Hikyuu stuck out a hand. "I'm Hikyuu."

Syora sighed and left the room to find hidaka or ten.

Nanaka took her hand lightly. She nodded again.

Hikyuu blinked as though expecting something.

She sighed. "Nanaka..." she muttered.

Hikyuu nodded. "That name's better than mine." She started to ramble. "You know, my mom told me once that she came up with me and sis's names when she was writing a love story. She told me that she named us that so that we would find love like it was in a fairy tale; easily and without pain." She nodded again.

Nanaka blinked, her blank expression still. "That's nice..." she muttered. She blinked lightly, since when was she so talkative?

(-.-" This is talkative?)

Hikyuu grinned sheepishly after realizing she was rambling. "Ah, gomen, gomen. I get carried away sometimes..."

"It's all right..." Nanaka mumbled.

(To her it is. XD)

Nanaka looked out the window, her hand under her chin. She seemed to enjoy the company.

(O.O"" But-- But-- But-- -twitch-)
Hikyuu sat next to Nanaka. "So, how's life been on your end, Nana-chan?"

She lip lightly twitch at the nickname, but she sighed. "fine..." she answered blanking. "you?"

"Goooood!" she cheered. Except for my sis coming back and suddenly being the leader of a famous mafia!

Nanaka looked at her closely. "something wrong?" she asked, somewhat her voice sounding like her cares.
